Litho print

We pride ourselves on keeping ahead of the curve, and we are continually exploring how to deliver print results for our clients using new innovative print methods and technologies. However, Litho has always been at the centre of what we do. 

Our five-colour Heidelberg Press gives us the flexibility to deliver print in all shapes and sizes, be it an innovative collection of brand brochures to highly detailed art prints through to luxurious & hand-crafted case-bound books.

Digital Print

We were one of the first traditional printers in the UK to add digital printing to their repertoire, and honestly, we've never looked back. Since 2020 we have been working closely with Hewlett Packard and have recently upgraded our digital set-up with a state-of-the-art HP Indigo 7900 Digital Press. 

This new digital upgrade not only bolsters our current print set-up but, most excitingly, this innovative technology means we can now quadruple the range of metallic colours we can offer with our new M+ metallic range, all of which is done digitally. This setup is great for short runs and those last minute smaller jobs, at a competitive price.

Screen printing
Screen Printing has seen a huge resurgence in the last few years, especially with the Generation Z crowd. We might have a few years on the Gen-Z's, but we're still on the ball when it comes to doing it properly and still have a few old-school tricks up our sleeves to make a great job amazing!

Finishing

Getting the print perfect is just one stage of the process as we also offer a vast and comprehensive list of print finishes. So should your project require a delicate gold emboss or a piece of short-run luxury 3D product die-cut packaging then we can support you in doing just that and all under one roof. 

Our print stands out on its own but adding that extra level of finesse or book-binding brings the project to a classic finish.

Velo Blade
We recently introduced the new Veloblade B2 flat-bed cutter to our print offering. The Velo Blade combines custom cutting, creasing and perforating in a single pass. The Velo Blade is perfect for producing packaging, PoS and other jobs requiring complex cutting that otherwise would need a die, making it a greener, sustainable service. The Velo Blade takes a broader range of stocks and features a rotating cutting knife for clean finishes. Traditionally, the cost of bringing quality cutting in-house hasn’t been a feasible option, but this exciting new system allows us to offer that option.

Book binding

Our bookbinding facilities are on the same site as our presses and finishing areas, and this has allowed us to offer a complete service for our clients. Our bookbinding team craft each book by hand to ensure that the final piece will be exceptional from front to back whether its leather to linen-lined covers, Singer-sewn or lay flat binding.
